Orders are accepted through Tel no. 6468-6666 or Fax no. 6763-4567 from 9:00AM to 6:00PM or through voice-mail (after office hours, weekends, public holidays and during lunch time hours).

You will be notified on the date and estimated time for delivery once your order has been received, accepted and processed.

Delivery is effective within one business working day (Mon – Fri) if order is received before 2:00PM or otherwise as notified.

All prices quoted are subjected to a prevailing 7% Goods and Services Tax and in Singapore Dollars.

Delivery Charges apply for minimum order.

Stock Policy
Though continually in monitoring the inventory level to ensure product availability, there are times when items maybe temporarily out of stock or discontinued. If this occurs, we will suggest comparable substitutions.

Return Policy
Refund maybe permitted based on quantity returned. Non-refundable for indent and special reserved item(s).
