Delivery Policy Delivery Methods & Costs
- Delivery will only be
made to addresses in Singapore only. Customers
can do a self collection at our office and
warehouse, refer to Contact Us
- Standard delivery is
from three to five business days, following
credit card authorization.
- Free delivery requires a
minimum order of S$300.00. For purchase below
S$300.00, a delivery charge of S$30.00 is
chargeable. Alternatively, you can do a self
collection.
- All delivery requires a
signature for receipt. Signatures must be
obtained by individuals over the age of 21
years.
- We do not deliver on major holidays and weekends.
Out of Stock Items
Though we continually monitor inventory to ensure product availability, there are times when products may be out of stock. If that occurs, our representatives are available to suggest comparable substitutions. In cases where a substitution is necessary, we will email/call you before delivery and provide the option to make alternative selection. If you decide not to make a substitution, we will deliver available items minus the out of stock item(s) or cancel the order if you prefer to do so. Your credit card will not be charged until we ship your order, and you will not be charged for out-of-stock items.
Refund
Once goods delivered, it is not refundable.
Tracking Your Order
Once your received your purchase confirmation email, you will be notified the date and time range of delivery. If you need to check the status of your order, please call for Customer Care assistance and quote your order number.
Returns policy
Laurels assure the quality of all our products. Your satisfaction is our first priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order for Customer Care assistance at
enquiries@laurels.com.sg.
Cancelled and/or returned orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Following the wine trade tradition, all bottles ten years or older are purchased at the buyer's risk.
Products cannot be returned once opened.
