Delivery will be made only to addresses in Singapore only.

If any of the purchased items are deemed to be broken or damaged during acceptance or delivered, it should be notified / returned immediately for exchange (damaged in packaging or due to negligence) and reviewed as per notification basis before confirmation of receipt.

All items are verified for any damaged before leaving warehouse.

Invoice(s) / Delivery Order(s) are accompanied with the items delivered. Duplicates of the Invoice(s) / Delivery Order(s) Accounts Copy must be signed and stamped in accordance to receiving of items as confirmation receipt.

Acceptance of delivery requires a signature for receipt and must be obtained by individuals over the age of 21 years.
